Bill Management

Handling Internet and TV billing on behalf of customers, resolving overcharges, and acting as a single point of contact for all account needs.

We act as an intermediary and service facilitator. While we work with leading Internet and TV providers, we are not the direct provider of network infrastructure. Final service delivery is subject to the terms and availability of the respective service providers.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Third-party provider fees: Any charges from Internet or TV service providers are governed by those providers’ own billing terms and are separate from our service fees
  • Late payments: Overdue payments may result in suspension of our services. We reserve the right to charge reasonable late fees where permitted by law

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the service arrangement under the following conditions:

  • Any specific Internet or TV service plan will be available in your area or at the price quoted by third-party providers
  • Third-party service providers will fulfil their obligations in a satisfactory manner
